The aim of this study was to consult a group of experts on the relative importance of the different aspects contained in the code of conduct (social and labour standards, respect for human and environmental rights), using the Delphi method. In particular, we wanted to know the relative importance of the different aspects contained in the code of conduct for manufacturers, in order to give a final score and classify the audited factories according to the social audit methodology proposed by the MANGO Chair in CSR.
