The objective of the case studies “CSR in international business” is to analyse the path of a company with regard to the development and implementation of its CSR policy, both in its country of origin as well as in work centres located in other countries. In this sense, the present document intends to examine the CSR strategy and actions of Sol Meliá, a hotel chain with presence in 25 countries, and to identify some of the success factors of the model used by the company under study.
